Training on Section 6032 of the DRA is Required
Section 6032 of the DRA mandates employee and provider education regarding fraud and abuse laws and reporting procedures.
Entities like UTMG that receive $5 million or more in annual payments under a state Medicaid plan, must comply with these educational requirements as a condition of continued participation.
The course is mandatory for all physicians and employees involved in UTMG patient care, billing and claims, as required by the law.
