Section 6032 of the DRA Requires Training
Section 6032 of DRA mandates employee and provider education regarding fraud and abuse laws and reporting procedures.
Entities like UTMG that receive or make $5 million or more in annual payments under a state Medicaid plan, must comply with these education requirements as a condition of continued participation.
This course is mandatory for all physicians and employees involved in UTMG patient care, billing and claims, as required by law. We have also included a resources page at the end of the course.
